As a RN Diane is trained in and respects healthcare and medicine. She encourages her clients to seek medical attention and get regular checkups from their licensed medical professionals including MD’s, Naturopathic Medicine Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and other modalities that promote holistic health of the mind, body and spirit.
As a certified coach, Diane offers personal Coaching Sessions. In the sessions you learn how to listen to your body. Through the process of discovery, Diane will help you identify areas of pain, discomfort or inflammation that need healthcare attention and holistic healing.
Diane will guide you to seek out medical practitioners, nutritionists, physical fitness for prevention plans, suggest holistic supplements, and give you a customized blueprint for how to achieve optimum holistic health.
As an Age Well Expert Diane has worked with hundreds of seniors, mature women, and people of all ages who feel out of balance. Diane has proven, and recorded through her testimonial chapter in bestselling author Marlo Thomas’ book “It Ain’t Over Til It’s Over” that it is achievable to live your best life after 40 and beyond with the right life balance, authenticity, passion, play and love for a life well lived.
Coaching sessions are focused on the individual needs, issues, desires and goals.

You want to break through. You are ready for a breakthrough. These coaching sessions are powerful, confidential and sacred. You will discover your signature and personal unconscious wound, and the programming that prevents you from all the joy, bliss, happiness and success you desire. This package is a six session commitment. Hourly phone meetings are weekly with email follow up available between sessions. This is a commitment to your future. What you will heal will affect your family lineage and your future. Finally, you will be able to have everything that has eluded you to this point. You will learn how to shift your role in life. Expect big results. Only those committed to change are accepted into this one on one program.

Your coaching was absolutely instrumental in my being able to focus and prioritize exactly how to maneuver the upgrades.
