Diane Dennis
Diane Dennis, RN, is the visionary founder of Age at Home Service, a premier Nurse-Led Geriatric Case Management agency serving seniors and families in both Oregon and Arizona.
A lifelong communicator and advocate, she also created the award-winning publicity firm Inspired Media Communications and has built a multi-disciplinary career as a writer, columnist, author, radio producer, and television personality.
Diane was honored as one of only 40 women nationwide to be featured in It Ain’t Over…, a celebrated book by best-selling author and humanitarian Marlo Thomas, spotlighting women who reinvent, rise, and redefine what’s possible.
As The Evolutionary Nurse, Diane’s mission is simple and powerful: to guide people toward their highest potential—emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
She is the author of An Evolutionary Leap: From Breakup to Breakthrough, a transformational guide for women ready to reclaim self-trust and step into their divine becoming.
A mother of two adult children, Diane lives along the riverbanks of the Willamette River, where she continues to create, serve, and inspire from a place of deep authenticity and joy.
